How this works
- Job description is projected onto the 12-axis lattice via
src/lib/pmu/compress.mjs using both gzipNCD and simhashCosine
(llmCosine pending embedding provider).
- The authoritative cell becomes the matching key.
- Local receipts at
~/.thetacog/pmu/receipts/*.json are scanned;
each receipt's verdict = IN_ROLE AND authoritative_cell = match
qualifies a host.
- Hosts ranked by agreement tier (BOTH > SIMHASH_ONLY > GZIP_ONLY > DISAGREE),
then by σ-margin.
- Cross-host trust ships when ed25519 host attestations join — v2 work.
Today every receipt is host-local + locally-signed; cross-host verify
uses the embedded
host_pub_key.
