fix(iamfim,commit): "where the change landed" -> semantic placement, not a git diff

Operator caught a real imprecision: "change landed" reads as if the panel
tracks git diffs (which lines/files changed), when the pipeline actually
computes SEMANTIC placement — intent (commit message + docs) vs. the semantic
content of the changed files (comments + identifier-words, per CLAUDE.md
INGEST rule: "SEMANTIC not raw"). The diff is the input corpus; the
encirclement is where the commit's MEANING sits on the reef — semantics on
chip, not a line-diff view.
