Operator, prepping the 2:30p Marsh intro: "make the broker's position rock solid, no need to
mix the tracks, /go/in-lane stays central." Two fixes:

1) BROKER ECONOMICS — set-your-own-spread (operator decision 2026-07-09). The terms made
   ThetaDriven's 10% transfer fee explicit but left the BROKER's margin implicit — so a broker
   couldn't see their P&L. Now stated everywhere: you buy at $20/agent-year, re-register to a
   client at whatever the market bears, and the spread is yours; ThetaDriven's ONLY cut is the
   10% re-registration fee, never your resale price. Fixed the two surfaces that still encoded
   the OTHER model ("earn/receive a share of the re-registration fee"): /agent-year Distribution
   line and contract 7.3; added contract 4.5 (holder sets resale price, spread is the holder's).

2) TRACK SEPARATION — the broker-track blocks (Transferable + Beyond Readiness) are grouped
   under a labeled "For brokers & distributors — a position, not a login" section BELOW the
   deployer self-serve flow, routing to /go/in-lane as the central broker artifact, so a deployer
   and a broker no longer read each other's copy interleaved.

mix the tracks, /go/in-lane stays central." Two fixes:

1) BROKER ECONOMICS — set-your-own-spread (operator decision 2026-07-09). The terms made
   ThetaDriven's 10% transfer fee explicit but left the BROKER's margin implicit — so a broker
   couldn't see their P&L. Now stated everywhere: you buy at $20/agent-year, re-register to a
   client at whatever the market bears, and the spread is yours; ThetaDriven's ONLY cut is the
   10% re-registration fee, never your resale price. Fixed the two surfaces that still encoded
