one self-contained email per rank-tier instead. Each of the 6 emails

the full two-beat script embedded directly — no need to cross-reference
another email mid-call. New subject/format per email: "Call Session N
of 6", leaner sections than the earlier long-form emails.

Email 1 (Rank 1) went through a full qwen cold-read: all four intent
items landed (self-contained, format improvement, immediately usable,
clear more are coming), graded 95-96. Emails 2-6 fallback-graded
against that validated template, since they're structurally identical
(same opener, same script, same sourcing) with only the roster and
per-group vector-overlap note differing — verified each overlap note
against the actual state of docs/comms/external/drafts/ rather than
assumed (A.J. Kess + Don Hunt in session 3, Jeffery Hawkins in session

actor seed B3,C3 — Broadcast signal bandwidth and message reach drive the flow throughput and delivery rate across the pipeline. Flow is the rate at which committed work crosses the finish line. Inventory accumulates upstream; flow is the only thing the customer pays for, and the only thing the operator can measure honestly. Movement is the irreversible delivery of value across the boundary. Anything stationary is cost; anything moving is either revenue, deferred revenue, or the exhaust of revenue not yet realized. Throughput dominates utilization. A ninety-nine-percent utilized system at low throughput pays the same wages as a fifty-percent utilized system at twice the throughput, but the second one ships the customer's order. Operator: the combined single email "isn't working" — new strategy is
one self-contained email per rank-tier instead. Each of the 6 emails
covers all 5 firms for that rank (name, title, switchboard number) plus
the full two-beat script embedded directly — no need to cross-reference
another email mid-call. New subject/format per email: "Call Session N
of 6", leaner sections than the earlier long-form emails.

Email 1 (Rank 1) went through a full qwen cold-read: all four intent
items landed (self-contained, format improvement, immediately usable,
clear more are coming), graded 95-96. Emails 2-6 fallback-graded
against that validated template, since they're structurally identical
(same opener, same script, same sourcing) with only the roster and
per-group vector-overlap note differing — verified each overlap note
