feat(blog): The Richter Scale for AI — measure, don't prevent (the DD-survivable pivot)

We make no efficacy claim. The one claim: the measurement measures — semantic,
on-chip, no LLM in the loop — which makes it fair → priceable → decidable. The
Operating-Room boundary (leave the lane → a human must check → or you're liable),
five hostile-DD desks that capitulate on countability not prevention (underwriter
carve-back, reinsurer parametric trigger, GC T.J. Hooper), the Agent-Year unit,
and the toll-booth (open the signal, license the instrument). Grounded in the
