interlude was first drafted: date is now Thursday, July 16, 2026
(Wednesday the 15th held as the alternate), not the July 23 date from
the earlier-stage strategy docs this section was originally grounded in.

Section header changed "Why Artisan, Why That Thursday" -> "Why Artisan,
Why the 16th" to carry the same concreteness the rest of the chapter
already has -- a placeholder day-of-week reads as vaguer than the
now-real date warrants.

Reconciled two facts that looked like alternatives but are the same fact:
Artisan is the restaurant, and it sits inside the Delamar, West Hartford
— the private room is the Copper Room, seats about a dozen. Pulled
straight from the live /dinner page, which had moved since this
interlude was first drafted: date is now Thursday, July 16, 2026
(Wednesday the 15th held as the alternate), not the July 23 date from
the earlier-stage strategy docs this section was originally grounded in.

Section header changed "Why Artisan, Why That Thursday" -> "Why Artisan,
Why the 16th" to carry the same concreteness the rest of the chapter
already has -- a placeholder day-of-week reads as vaguer than the
now-real date warrants.
