feat(bookclub): THE ASK in every send + blog pulse + Google-contacts import path

Operator (2026-07-09, voice): "when we run the book club outreach we
ALWAYS ask for something … right now we're looking for chief risk
officers, chiefs of cyber, CISOs … it's from me personally, based on
the hard-math work … the club is also a news update, a way to forward
it to someone to support us … the commit panel is not a joke." And:
"pick one or two blog posts and paraphrase them and include them" and
"download my Google Calendar contacts and put them into the book club
— if I have your email, it's on you to unsubscribe."

Three additions:

1. THE ASK block — always present, right under the commit panel it
   references ("not a mockup; the signed receipt of what shipped
   today, regions encircled"). Personal voice, the current targets +
   goal read from data/bookclub/ask.json at render time (rotate the
   FILE, not the code; baked fallback so the email can never ship
   ask-less), reply-lands-with-me + forward-this-email as the one
   cultural action.

2. BLOG PULSE — "Meanwhile, from the work itself": the 2 latest posts
   carried by their own frontmatter descriptions (our one-paragraph
   paraphrases, already voice-gated when each post shipped) + tracked
   links. Deterministic, no model at render time. (First render
   reproduced the repo's documented require-inside-ESM bug — fixed by
   importing readdirSync properly; the silent-catch masked it, which
   is exactly why test 10 asserts the wiring.)

3. scripts/bookclub/import-contacts.mjs — the Google Contacts CSV →
   newsletter_subscribers merge. Dry-run by default; dedups against
   EVERY existing row including unsubscribed (an unsubscribed address
   is never re-added); cohort tagged source='gcontacts-import' so it
   is auditable/removable as a unit; CAN-SPAM mechanics unchanged
   (global one-click unsub already in every footer). The operator's
   residual action is two steps: export CSV, run one command.

Guard: tests/ops/bookclub-daily.test.js test 10 — ask.json exists with
looking_for/achieving, askBlock+blogPulse are wired into the rendered
body (not just defined), forward-ask present. 10/10 green; live render
against today's pinned passage verified both blocks + 2 post links.
