feat(blog): Reach Is Verify — the competence market for humans (subagent-drafted, gate 84)

The labor-layer extrapolation (delegated to a background subagent, then gated):
a résumé is an eval of an undecidable property (Rice); a recomputable coordinate
swaps was-this-person-good for where-did-their-work-land; the same swap that
prices an AI's competence prices a human's; when procuring verified competence
is a cache-line lookup, the résumé/interview/firm-boundary collapse — and
infinite specialization becomes a floor, not a risk.

Gated as a skeptical VP of Talent: 84/100, publishable. The subagent held
placement-not-correctness at every altitude (witnesses where work landed, never
grades who is good), bounded the dignity-floor claim (legibility, not "everyone
is excellent"), and owned the power-concentration honestly (whoever defines the
lattice sets the standard — stated, with the recomputable/contestable
mitigation). The one gate fix applied: "The receipt IS the match" overclaimed
REPLACEMENT of hiring judgment → softened to "the receipt is the FIRST match —
the part that used to cost you a quarter," with an explicit concession of what
it can't see (team fit, judgment, values, illegible/early-career/care work).
That inoculates against the "tech-bro abolishes hiring" dismissal at near-zero
cost to the argument.
