measuring it are meaningless by construction → an insurer cannot underwrite a thing with no
decidable side (you cannot underwrite a philosopher) → the day a decidable receipt exists,
not using it is negligence (T.J. Hooper / Caremark) → so no citable hardware receipt =
forfeited fiduciary duty. Bigger than the carrier market. Then the zero-latency economy:
verification is a tax; when reaching the coordinate IS the verification, the tax is zero.
