feat(bookclub): morning/evening A/B — 6am edit-reminder + 8am send vs 3pm/5pm control, arm in the ledger

Operator (2026-07-09, voice): "the book club is a perfect thing to do
for the morning walk … but we've been getting a lot of engagement with
the end-of-day email, so let's run an A/B test. Make it go out at
exactly 8am, reminder at 6am so I can get into the rhythm of editing
the book on my walk. The TTS version of the chapter goes in both cases."

Deterministic day-of-year parity picks the arm (even=MORNING: 6am
rewrite-preview reminder + 8am audience send · odd=EVENING: 3pm
preview + 5pm send, the proven-engagement control). BOOKCLUB_ARM
exported by the controller and stamped into every sent.ndjson row, so
the engagement comparison is a ledger query, not a memory. Preview
subject follows the arm's send time (no hardcoded "sends 5pm"). The
full-chapter premium Ava TTS already attaches in send-daily.mjs,
which is arm-independent — both arms carry it, as asked. Passage
picking stays git-progress-driven (pick-passage.mjs reads the last 24
commit subjects — already true, verified). Tick is 5-min, so the 8am
gate fires 8:00–8:05.

Guard: tests/ops/bookclub-daily.test.js test 3 rewritten to pin both
arms' hours, the parity mechanism, the exported arm, the ledger stamp,
and the arm-aware subject. Also repaired pre-existing-red test 9 (its
regex predated the panel-pin INLINE_ARGS change) with a stronger
assertion: the preview can inline a panel but never attach audio.
9/9 green.

editing rhythm vs measured evening engagement) — so instead of picking,
the controller now runs the experiment deterministically and writes
