fix(iamfim): reconcile the whole page to ONE offer so it reads coherently to a buyer

Buyer read-through end to end surfaced three story-breaks in the OLDER
sections below the restructure — places where a scrolling CRO met a
DIFFERENT offer than the one they'd just been sold:

- Unstapled <FIMIAMPage /> from the bottom. It carried a whole SECOND
  pricing model ("Get Access $1,995", "$1,995/seat", "Bid for standing by
  buying seats for influence") — the single loudest contradiction with the
  new $20/agent-license-with-bundled-certs model. Its hardware substantiation
  is already covered above (npx proof, beating-heart pmu-report panel,
  dataroom) and the full explainer still lives at its own /FIMIAM route.
  Dropped the render + the now-unused import; page weight 442KB -> 48KB,
  which also clears the MUI Grid deprecation warnings it emitted.
- Sidebar step 4 sold "Prospect CATO — $1,995 after reading" — a direct
  contradiction of "CATO isn't sold on its own anymore." Reframed to "CATO —
  bundled" pointing at the free manual; the credential arrives with the tier.
- "Become the CATO" card ("...until the company buys") and "Not ready to buy
  seats?" — legacy seat language reworded to license language.
- Dead pointer fix: the scroll indicator said "See the hardware-backed patent
  below" (FIMIAM no longer below) -> "One price, one decision — license your
  agents / ↑ Back to the checkout". The replacement hardware link points at
  /pmu-simulator/demo (the real chip demo) not /FIMIAM (which 308-redirects
  back to /iamfim — would have been circular).

Verified: rendered HTML now contains ZERO of the contradicting strings
($1,995 · /seat · buy seats · Get Access · Bid for standing); typecheck
clean; /iamfim, /iamfim-landing, /pricing, /pmu-simulator/demo all 200;
/FIMIAM still resolves (redirects to /iamfim as configured); no error overlay.

served-page buyer read-through, found every place the story stopped hanging
together (all in untouched legacy sections + the stapled hardware page),
reconciled them to the single-offer model, verified against the rendered
HTML, pushing per the explicit instruction.
Persona-Intent: Fortune-100 CRO reading top to bottom — the offer they see
at the footer is the SAME offer they saw at the checkout (one $20/agent
license, certs bundled, $100K top tier unlocks the audit); they never hit a
second, contradicting price that makes them distrust the first.

sections below the restructure — places where a scrolling CRO met a
DIFFERENT offer than the one they'd just been sold:

- Unstapled <FIMIAMPage /> from the bottom. It carried a whole SECOND
