Full restructure of /iamfim per operator's dictated spec: "landing page is
perfect... the next page needs to be the hub that converts people [from]
testimonial to the checkout... they have to understand what they're
getting... there's only one tier we care about now, $100,000 to get the
Readiness Investigation... it's not a pilot, it's not resilience, it's a
readiness investigation... CATO... demote[d] down the page as part of the
research... we don't lead with the information hazard, but we do have to
talk about signal."

- Removed BLACK ICE / THE TRUST GAP / THE REFRAME / HEBBIAN / THE NAKED
  AGENT / the old ROI-question run: ~2000 words across 5 sections repeating
  the same fear/insurance-metaphor beat with no new decision-relevant
  content, and leading with the information hazard the operator explicitly
  said not to lead with. Signal (the free npx proof + IN_ROLE/OFF_DOMAIN/
  UNPLACEABLE output) already leads the page via the existing lighthouse box.
- Collapsed to ONE offer: "What you're getting" -> the $100K Readiness
  Investigation box (licenses = 5,000 agent-years at $20/agent/yr + the
  investigation itself), now carrying id="checkout" as the PRIMARY checkout.
  Removed the 4-tier "Recommended Packages" grid (Startup/Growth/Scale/

- Renamed "Structural Risk Discovery" / "Discovery & Grounding audit" ->
  "Readiness Investigation" consistently on /iamfim and /pricing (the
  verbatim testimonial quote is left untouched per prior operator direction
  to not break it -- a one-line bridge note now clarifies "what they call
  the structural audit above is today's Readiness Investigation, below").
- CATO certification demoted to a "Further research · optional" section at
  the bottom, id changed from #checkout to #cato-certification, dropped the
  redundant seats/governance-tier grid and "reverse regret" framing. Sticky
  sidebar: Prospect CATO moved from step 2 to step 4 (muted, last); the
  Readiness Investigation itself is now surfaced in the sidebar for the
  first time (step 2) -- it wasn't there at all before, a real gap given
  it's the primary offer.
- Fixed a dangling #black-ice anchor left over from the removed section.

Verification: typecheck clean on both files, all three routes (iamfim-
landing/iamfim/pricing) return 200 on the local dev server, "Readiness
Investigation" confirmed rendering in the live HTML, no error-overlay text.
Claude monologue+grade (cold-read as a skeptical CRO/GC evaluating the
$100K ask, per operator's explicit "claude monologue and grade" request):
85/100 -- single-offer clarity confirmed within two screens, no live
pricing contradiction, CATO reads as clearly optional (flagged 3x). The
one gap found (old testimonial vocabulary vs. the new name) is the bridge
note added in this same commit.

the src/app/** implementation.
Persona-Intent: Skeptical Fortune-100 CRO/GC arriving via the landing-page
testimonial -- should understand within 90 seconds that there is exactly
one offer ($100K = licenses + Readiness Investigation), that CATO
certification is optional and not required for it, and should never
encounter "pilot," "resilience," or "forensic" language describing the
