blog(draft, HELD on its own gate): our own pitch failed the drift gate The dogfood story of this session: composing the Munich Re pitch, the qwen ghost-read (weaker adversarial reader) caught our copy misreading 13.8% as 'concerning' and tripping a vendor-lock-in worry, and the gate refused the send until the rewrite landed the physical truth. Canonical A-I, reader-POV, MDX-valid, interlinks the-shape-of-the-technology. HELD — NOT for publish yet. This post is ABOUT not skipping the ghost-read gate, so it cannot skip its own: publishing it by self-grading because qwen is down would make the post a lie. qwen/ollama is degraded machine-wide this session (15s/call after a full ollama restart — needs a machine reboot).
