for them, and two guards disagree on "blank" (unsatisfiable together for a thin commit).

blankness metric everywhere; DIRECTION CARD for tolEmpty commits (not a sparse heat panel);
og-blank is a known-red baseline until then; swap-only backfills; send-time link gate;
