Each row is one commit's deterministic drift receipt — LLM-free, recomputable by a stranger (npx thetacog-mcp attest-demo). The lane verdict uses the same 15% off-lane threshold everywhere: the breach series, this index, and the intervention trigger. Of the last 55 measured commits, 25 landed out of lane — and every one of those is a countable event.
