feat(bookclub): the served ledger — a perimeter fetch is receipt, not a false positive

Story: When a corporate gateway ingests the briefing and detonates its links, the organization has taken delivery — their own security logs show the mechanics of the risk crossed the firewall, and notice-ledger.mjs now records the same fact on our side as a signed NOTICE_RECEIPT (HUMAN_SERVED / ENTERPRISE_SERVED / AMBIGUOUS_SERVED, ed25519, timestamped, per identity). The classifier is deliberately conservative: a single fetch with a modern Chrome UA is exactly what distributed link-checkers produce, so HUMAN_SERVED demands corroboration and ENTERPRISE_SERVED demands farm fan-out or scripted-UA evidence — served is never over-claimed, and SERVED is never SUBSCRIBED: only a human act lifts the trial gate. The 48-hour banner drops the forever-promise (the feed just stops on its own) and closes on the natural register instead of the legal one: we believe this is genuinely important, your role is the one meant to see it, and if only your gateway ever reads it — so be it, we tried, and the record will show it reached you.
