   Mike and Carlos are COPIED ON THIS THREAD. That line advertises the weakness BEFORE the tuned
   experiment has run, with no context and no control of framing. It belongs in the room, in
   sequence, AFTER the claim we are not making. The agenda handles it correctly; the email must
   not front-run it.

3. THE SIX BULLETS RE-SELL A MEETING THEY ALREADY AGREED TO. Mary does not need convincing — she
   needs a TIME. Paul/Mike/Carlos read the agenda as the attached PDF, where it is designed to be
   read. An outline addressed to an assistant reads as a vendor performing rigor.

WHAT THE THREAD ACTUALLY SAYS (good news): Paul offered TODAY — 3pm/3:30pm UK at 09:02 — and it
was pulled at 07:10. That is not a cooling-off, it is an INTERNAL RESHUFFLE ON A MEETING HE WAS
PUSHING TO HAVE FAST. The urgency is theirs. And TAKE THE HOUR HE ALREADY NAMED: re-proposing 3pm
UK on the next clean day means Mary checks a DATE, not a diary.

THURSDAY 16 JULY, NOT WEDNESDAY — the one line I would hold: the agenda promises the measured set
AT THE CALL and the tuned held-out run HAS NOT HAPPENED. Wednesday leaves no room. Do not book a
meeting you are not ready for in order to look eager. 3pm UK = 10am ET (calendar clear) = 9am CT
for Carls in Chicago.

ALSO — the scanner hypothesis is CONFIRMED INDEPENDENTLY by a note in the operator's own calendar:

meeting. Paul has it in writing. Saying it again turns a conclusion they reached into a claim we
