Story: The /book page becomes the drop-anywhere link — its first form is the nomination form (also the standalone /nominate page, same form doubled): you flag a colleague, we send THEM a surgical invitation (CC Elias, reply-to you), and nothing starts until they click. The click is the consent — /api/book-club/confirm verifies an HMAC-signed token, flips has_opted_in, stamps who/when/how, and preserves the reseller ref chain so a downstream enterprise license has an owner. This kills the hostile-vendor/spam defense while keeping the viral loop, and separates SERVED (constructive notice) from SUBSCRIBED (human consent) cleanly. When a trial's 48h window closes without opt-in, terminal-receipt.mjs hands them their permanent ed25519 NOTICE_RECEIPT — feed off, record locked, liability theirs, in the we-tried register not a threat. /brokers is a standalone Authorized Broker surface (90/10, open ruler, you-enforce) kept apart from /agent-year so channel partners and enterprise buyers never blur. Pipeline order on the 10am tick: collect-optins → notice-ledger → terminal-receipt → engage.
