feat(receipt-email): the forwardable wrapper — monologue-first lead-up, in the ONE canonical render

Operator: 'work on the wrapping/context lead-up — the monologue the email needs to generate:
forward to people who have grip.' The wrapper prepends the body, ABOVE the band + panels, and
is engineered to produce two monologues: the sender's ('this one's clean — forward it to Paul;
the email IS the pitch') and the grip-holder's ('signed drift panels on live work, automatically
— I can recompute it, I know who needs this, I'm replying'). Fork-2: one clause adapts to clean
/ drifted / direction-only, deterministic from trip.tol (NO model) — proven live: a RED commit
rendered 'This one caught a miss: 66% … circled in red.' Fork-1: subject unchanged (Gmail
day-thread preserved). Outcomes it drives: FORWARD-to-grip · RECOMPUTE · REACH-BACK · seed the
standard-of-care · confer status · continuous live proof.
