feat(outreach): reception is IN — 5 clicked, and a measured law about addresses
FIRST REAL MARKET SIGNAL THIS PROJECT HAS PRODUCED.
🟢 CLICKED (5): Paul Denny (Marsh, Global Head FINPRO) · Peter Bärnreuther (Munich Re,
Senior Underwriter AI Risks) · Scott Hallworth (AIG) · Paul Spurr (Lincoln, CRO +
Chief Actuary) · Hilik Kotler (Expedia CISO)
🔵 OPENED (5): Menna · Galkin · Bloch(retry) · Forbes · Youssef
🔴 BOUNCED (5) + 1 suppressed
Hallworth clicked after FOUR prior emails he never answered. The click is the reply.
Bärnreuther's click also PROVES the address: Munich Re is flast@, so the first.last@ we had
been mailing for weeks was silently failing and we counted it as silence.
THE MEASURED LAW (n=16, clean separation):
· every address we OBSERVED published → delivered, and 5/5 of the big ones clicked
· every address from an AGGREGATOR'S PATTERN GUESS → bounced
Conning, ISMS Copilot, IA Capital, GRC 20/20 all bounced on guessed formats. That is not a
coincidence, it is the rule: prefer an observed address over a pattern, always. STOPPED
guessing — 5 bounces, Resend is suppressing, and the domain reputation is now a live asset
protecting Denny/Bärnreuther/Hallworth. Retried only where a PUBLISHED address existed
(contact@ismscopilot.com, hello@novincep.com → opened). michael.rasmussen@grc2020.com came
back SUPPRESSED — both formats dead, he is LinkedIn-only now.
THE TWO 5PM REPORTS — scripts/comms/campaign-report.mjs, computed from the ledgers, never
recalled. Report 1: everyone, every disposition, the honest denominator. Report 2: a SEPARATE
email carrying only the 5 who clicked, with a hand-written next move each — separate on
purpose, because a follow-up list buried in a status report gets skimmed and nothing happens.
Scheduled two ways (self-prompt + GCal 5pm).
THE COMPRESSION SEED (operator: 'we are missing the compression 1 ply') — the 5-panel exhibit
was a conclusion with the working removed. A skeptic can fairly ask whether the lattice is
decoration the walk invented; the raw gzip pair is the answer. RAW INTENT / RAW REALITY now
ride beneath the exhibit: 'the working, before the walk — we show you the seed so the exhibit
is evidence, not an illustration.'
Originating-Terminal: 📐 architect
Relevant-Rooms: ☕ network, 🎩 operator, 🧪 laboratory
Story: The campaign stopped being a hypothesis. Five senior insurance people clicked, including the two whose job titles are the product; the address data produced a hard rule; and the panels regained the seed that makes them evidence.
