to Prateek Chhabra is TTL-exhausted (touch1 07-08 thread 19f4216ca74dd618,
Columbo touch-2 07-08 + touch3 07-11 thread 19f42bae1df58f4d). The
calendar's "touch-2" event was stale — touch-2 and touch-3 had already
fired ahead of schedule (same pattern as the concurrent Munich Re closure,
sp-015/bf-1020). Marks sp-013 ttl-exhausted, bifurcates the
vector-rotation follow-up (LinkedIn / Jason Loveland warm-path / Maria
Olivo referral) to the network room (bf-1023), and schedules a cooled-off
recheck for 2026-07-24 (sp-033) instead of hammering the same node again.
