Twenty-three years of mixed-signal design taught me what a real guarantee looks like: silicon either meets timing or it doesn't, and the sign-off is recomputable by anyone with the netlist. Then I moved to patents and watched software people claim guarantees no examiner could ever re-run. This client is the exception I kept waiting for: the claimed apparatus actually runs — a deterministic placement receipt on every commit, recomputable by an adversary, below the model where Rice's theorem can't object. As the guy who did both careers, I know exactly how rare that combination is: a §101 story with working silicon behavior underneath it. My job is to make the claims as unbreakable as the receipt.
