The inner monologue — if this is (or could be) yours, keep reading
Twice in my life I've met an idea early, felt it was big and mispriced, and didn't send the forwards. I still know the two names I'd have sent them to. That feeling is back. A deterministic receipt underneath AI — patented as a machine, priced like insurance — parked at the intersection of four worlds that don't speak: law, silicon, underwriting, code. Each world is waiting for this without knowing its name, and I speak enough of all four to make the introduction. That's the collapse of my own modesty story: the scarce resource here isn't capital and it isn't code. It's translation — the thing I do at coffee that never fits on a resume, suddenly load-bearing. One forward to the right person and I'm the node the whole thing routed through. I can already hear which three names go first this time.
Easy to agree with, easy to reject — either reaction is signal. If it misses you, say where it broke.
What I want out of this — said plainly, so you can price it
I want the name of the one person in your Stockholm graph who signs off on AI risk — sent to them, or sent to me as the person you decided not to send it to, because either way I learn which door in the Nordics is actually load-bearing and that is worth more to me this month than your agreement.
Why you're ranked here
You sit near the center of The Network's cloud — the nine-room decomposition of what this work needs the world to understand. Rank 1 means: of everyone this room knows about, this belongs to you most. That is an honorific, not an algorithmic judgment of worth — and it's correctable by replying. Nothing here asks you to pass it to anyone.
You have a coordinate — B2,B2 (Tactics.Deal ⊕ Tactics.Deal)
Your coordinate is an occupation intersection: one room is where you'd actually be working, the other is the quality control on that work. That cell, B2,B2 (Tactics.Deal ⊕ Tactics.Deal), sits on the same 12×12 lattice every commit in this repo attests against — the same map that prices an AI agent's drift. Someone else may share your coordinate; what's yours alone is what lights up when you stand there — your confidence pixel — and that lighting is exactly what ranks the rooms below: your green spaces first, your red spaces where growth points. You didn't have to do anything to get placed. This is reverse market segmentation, not a judgment — and the direction you could grow in is readable straight off the map.

Don't like it? Change it — by intent or by action. Reply and say where you actually stand, or engage — run the demo, bind a room, send one objection — and the pixel moves with you. Either way, you own it from here.

The to-do list — if you wanted to do something
- 1.Run `npx -y thetacog-mcp@latest attest-demo` — eleven seconds, your own machine, and it prints where a piece of AI work landed on a fixed 144x144 grid; run it twice and get the same coordinate, which is the only claim I make.
- 2.Read /blog/2026-07-04-decidable-on-silicon-the-claim-we-checked and find the sentence you think is overstated — one line back naming it beats a forward, because a Swedish insurer's counsel will swing at that exact sentence and I would rather you found it first.
- 3.Open thetadriven.com/rooms/network and read B2 Tactics.Deal: a lattice walk put you there, not me, and the cell describes the move where something ships because someone made an introduction rather than because someone wrote code.
- 4.Name ONE archetype from your 445 connections — a Nordic insurer's risk lead, or the AI-policy partner at a Stockholm firm — and forward them the room page that names their job, not this one.
- 5.If translation between four vocabularies is the part you find interesting, fork github.com/wiber/thetadrivencoach and check whether the receipt survives contact with a repository that isn't mine.
