Your inner monologue — written for you; correct it and it improves

We do not carry this risk — we place it. That is exactly why it lands on us first. A client walks in with an AI agent already running and asks which market will take it, and the honest answer today is that nobody can price what nobody can bound. So the submission stalls, or it goes out with language so broad the carrier prices fear instead of exposure — and pricing fear is a tax our clients pay for a gap none of us has bothered to close. If there were a recomputable record of where an agent's work actually landed — made at the time, verifiable by the carrier's own people, not by the client's word — that is not a product we buy. That is a line in a submission requirement. And whoever writes that line first sets the standard the rest of the market has to answer.

Easy to agree with, easy to reject — either reaction is signal. If it misses you, say where it broke.

What I want out of this — said plainly, so you can price it

I want Marsh to write the line, not sign a contract. The first submission requirement that names a recomputable record sets the standard the rest of the market has to answer, and I would rather that line exist with your name on it than sell you a seat at someone else's.

Why you're ranked here

You sit near the center of The Vault's cloud — the nine-room decomposition of what this work needs the world to understand. Rank 10 means: of everyone this room knows about, this belongs to you most. That is an honorific, not an algorithmic judgment of worth — and it's correctable by replying. Nothing here asks you to pass it to anyone.

You have a coordinate — A1,B2 (Strategy.Law ⊕ Tactics.Deal)

Your coordinate is an occupation intersection: one room is where you'd actually be working, the other is the quality control on that work. That cell, A1,B2 (Strategy.Law ⊕ Tactics.Deal), sits on the same 12×12 lattice every commit in this repo attests against — the same map that prices an AI agent's drift. Someone else may share your coordinate; what's yours alone is what lights up when you stand there — your confidence pixel — and that lighting is exactly what ranks the rooms below: your green spaces first, your red spaces where growth points. You didn't have to do anything to get placed. This is reverse market segmentation, not a judgment — and the direction you could grow in is readable straight off the map.

What to look at, in this order — the short tour, picked for you

  1. A live receipt — thetadriven.com/commit

The artifact itself. The question to hold it against: could a carrier's own analyst reproduce this without us present? That is the whole test of whether it can ride in a submission.

  2. Who pays first, and why the receipt is the priceable object

The liability frame in the order it actually moves: undecidable means unpriceable, unpriceable means unplaceable, and the record is what breaks that chain.

  3. The claim, written to be attacked

One falsifiable sentence plus what is deliberately NOT claimed. Read the not-claimed list first — it is the part that survives your compliance review.

  4. The competence pixel — position, not a score

Why a coordinate is a different object from a rating, and why the same lattice describes one agent action and a whole portfolio without changing shape.

The to-do list — if you wanted to do something

  • 1.Look at one receipt and ask the only question that matters here: could your carrier's analyst recompute this without us in the room? If no, it is worthless to you. If yes, it is placeable.
  • 2.Read the strawman schema and tell us what is wrong with it — that flips this from us being audited to you specifying it, which is the version worth your time.
  • 3.Name the one line of business where an unbounded AI exposure is already sitting in a submission. That is where this attaches first, not everywhere at once.
  • 4.Route it up only when it is yours: this arrives as a discovery, never as an accusation about anyone's book.
